Now this was indeed a jolly weekend.
Had an immense time, as the cool hip kids would say it. It was the perfect weekend before I start university again for my last year ever. Oh that feels good to say.
Both days were spent looking at really old stuff. Hahaa, Saturday was op shopping and thrifting day and then Sunday, mother and I spent looking in Antique centres and vintage stores for a birthday present.
Op shopping with such crazy and funny friends always makes the hunt for vintage clothes that much better! We hit up about four different suburbs and their vintage shops and St Vinnies. We found some pretty cool stuff, but also some pretty ugly stuff.
I only alas bought one top. But I am very very very happy with it. Its a red vintage laced top, which I will most probably wear as a jacket. I love the scalloped edges. So so pretty.
We then ended our shopping trip with such a delicious meal at The Kookaburra Cafe in Paddington. So delicious. One of the best Greek Salad I have had ever.
Saturday night was also one of my best friend's 21st birthday party. And it was such a good party!
Oh wow, I am turning 21 this year. This is ridiculous.
However on an exciting new note. I have been inspired by many bloggers, Jayde, Karen at Where Did U Get That and Gemma from Fade to Black who have been experimenting with videos on their blogs. Namely to show outfits or just give another dimension to the posts. So why not try it out and see how I go hey?
I am calling these features, What I Wear! Cause its what I wear.
The below video is on what I wore to my friend's 21st party.
Bear with me, its my first ever outfit video. I am still working out the kinks. ;)
SO, UNTILL NEXT TIME GANG!
