Farrah Fawcett, Sheer Maxi Skirt, DIY

+ I have decided to get a Farrah Fawcett haircut/hairstyle. I really like how it helps to frame the face. Bear in mind that I do have curly to wavy hair.. so my hair will look slightly more updated than Charlie's angel.
+ I would like a sheer maxi skirt. I have the material to make one, I just need the DIY stuff.
+ Thus, I need some DIY material.
