DIVA + LUSH + SPORTSGIRL HAUUULLLLL ;)

you read right.
i had a budget, and i stuck to it. and bought some cool shizz.
however before we get to the haul, i'd just like to share that the amazing people at BATS! Magazine have hired me once again for a fashion shoot - woooooooot! We are doing a spread (in colour!) on Subfusco clothing, and the theme is NAUGHTY BOYS AND GIRLS IN BEAUTIFUL CLOTHING. So think of bruised eyes (which I am looking for a tut now... split lips, lots of mascara, rosy cheeks) haha, its going to be soo much fun! i shall try and get some behind the scenes photos, but i am debating on if i should bring my camera - probably just blackberry it and post em on twitter (twitter me here) if not, i will definitely will do a post on it. the shoot is today, so i am quickly posting this haul then getting my stuff ready to goooooo gogogo.
On to the HAULLLL!!!

I unfortunately did not do any swatches or photos from the stuff I bought at priceline, but they are self explanatory.

+ Sally Hansen Moisture Guard Nail Polish Remover ($7.99)
I was running out, and figured my nails needed some moisture guard loving.

+ Sally Hansen Top and Base Coat (Double Strength) ($14.99)
pretty expensive for something like this :(

+ 4 Way Nail Buffer ($3.99)
this is like perfect for a carry around buffer, it comes with 4 sides - nail file, buffer, shiner and something else, and super cheap with that sale on at Priceline  - RUN!

+ Manicare's Artistse Professional Brushes
the Bronzing brush (029, which was $15.99) and the blush stipling brush (019, which was $10.99) - i bought the bronzing brush, not for bronzer but as a foundation kabuki brush. its so dense and has a big and sturdy handle, so perfect. and just cause you get these brushes from priceline, do not mean that they are naaasty. they are actually very very soft, and work so well. initially you get a couple of hair fallout (from the brush) but other than that they are awesome (and cheaper).

+ L'Oreal Youth Code Rejuvenating Anti-Wrinkle Day Cream (was $35, down to $19.99, i had a voucher so it was down to $9.00)
so i know, i am only like 20 - but i got the cream, cause it was damn cheap. haha, but you know it is great! it  works great as a primer/moisturiser all in one. it has the same effect as Body Shop's Matte It cream - which basically smooths out the collagen in your skin and gives a matte skin finish. This L'Oreal Youth Code cream does do that - it leaves your skin sooo smooth and def helps in letting your make up last for a long time. I mean, I am not asking you to go out and get this cream for $35 (cause thats ridiculous, and you could FIVE starbucks cafe mocha with that) but if its on sale, pick it up and try it as a luxury primer/moisturiser. but when this runs for me (which is wont be for a while cause the formula is so nice and thick.. you def dont need much on your skin) i will go back to using my trusty Australis primer :)

2. DIVA
I LOVE JEWELLERY. MY GOAL IS TO HAVE A COLLECTION THAT WILL RIVAL Rachel Zoe and Karen from Where Did You Get That (click that link for some serious jewellery envy)

+ Amethyst Oval Ring ($5)

ahhhh its beautiful. last seen here.

+ Stacked Gold Rhinestones Rings ($5)
I love that these are all separates, so you can mix and match for different outfits, its like 5 rings for $5 (that works out to be a $1 a ring. heck yes) The only styling note I would have for this one is that they work best when you do chunk 'em up with other rings, or themselves. Having a single ring on a finger, looks very matronly and makes you look like you're despo for an actual diamond ring.
ACTION SHOT!
they beautfiully match my orange indian scarf that I dont wear as often.
*ps if anyone has any tips on how i can do outfit posts using a Canon EOS 100D, hit me up. Cause I have no clue - I keep getting half of my outfit only. *sad face.

+ Stacked Silver and Black Rings ($5)
Pretty sweet, but they aren't all the same size. So try them all one properly before buying.

+ Black and Silver Chained Brooch ($7)
looks oh so edgy and classy pinned to a blazer.

ACTION SHOT!

yes i know the quality is shiatsu. but what can i do.

So, I chickened out and only got my Studio Fix Poweder, I was going to buy a bronzer but twas toooo exy. The powder was $48. Yes I know its expensive, but like I always say - If you have a great base (like a foundation which I also use MAC for and powder) then it doesnt matter how cheap the other stuff like blush/eye shadow/eye liner is. Plus this MAC stuff last for me for aaaaaages. Where as the drug store dont even compare on longevity and quality.
I also included the catalog for To The Beach collection that will be coming out to MAC soon, and ohmygod they have the prettiest bronzer and lipstick in that collection.

4. RUBI SHOES
They were $20 and pretty comfortable. Everyone needs a pair of tanned ballet flats. Seriously you do.

I keep losing my sunnies, and so I went to Sportsgirl and bought my favourite pair (again..) They are the faux Ray Bans, tortoiseshell of course. They were $35 - down to $25, I also had a voucher for these.. so they were cheaper.
I also bought a pair of kakhi cropped pants - which i just could not get a decent picture of. They were on sale as well from $79 down to $30.

and now onto my most expensive and exciting purchases!
*disclaimer. if youre charlotte (aka Billy) do not read one. I will know if you do read one. :|
gosh, they did the best packaging job! to rival woolworths and coles i reckon.
so just to put it out there, I am doing a haul on lush stuff - but not all this stuff is for me. some are for friends (chloe and bills) but i wanted to include them anyway.. i will probs ask the girls for a review on the stuff they got to. (hopefully)

So  after trying the shampoos and conditioner from the Big Hair Affair pack I have decided I am in love with Curly Wurly and American Cream! Arghhhhh such a bad addiction.
Curly Wurly is $20.50 a pot. (!!) i know.. very very expensive, but I tell you what, they last such a long time and work wonders for your hair. Especially if you have curly hair like mine and its a lil frizzy eeeek. Curly Wurly smells amazing and lathers up soo crazily, and thats why you dont need that much. And seriously you want to like eat your hair after using it, its smells so nice and seriously the smell lasts for sooooo long! Cause its so exy and so potent, I wouldnt be using this everytime I wash my hair.. I use Godiva Solid shampoo by Lush to do that.
American Cream on the other hand is $23.50 (double !!!!). Again, very very very good product. One thing though, you might feel like you want to lather this product on so much to get your hair that soft silky feeling, but you dont need that much. Initially when you put this into your hair it doesnt get very soft, quite the opposite but trust me and keep working it into your hair the after effects, as in when its dry, your hair is left sooo smooth and silky, you wouldnt know what to do with it. I dont. I'm like - wtf?!?! my hair isnt frizzy.. what do I do now? I am lost! This will be a everyday conditioner for me (and by everyday i mean, when i wash my hair - it will be the constant conditioner). So yah, I am going to be in debt.

I have alwaaaaays wanted to try the shower jelly!!! And I got Whoosh and OMG! it left my skin soooo smooooth. Weird. And we got Charlotte Sweetie Pie, cause she is one. Lol.
They are about $7 a pot. depending on the weight.
sooo glittery.

and then i got this Cupcake Face Mask, I havent tried it, so I am not going to review it. I got it in a sample size. and if i do like it, I get 10% off when i go to buy it.

the next few stuff are all my friends' so i wont say much, cause i am jealous. :|
lol. so its the Dream Time Temple Balm ($10.99) and the Emotibombs ($4.95 each)
LOVE LOVE LOVE
this is my stash :)
my stash cost just around $50-60, but some of that money was a bday present from Chloe and Kirsten so, i felt it was all very justified. haha.

SERIOUSLY THE LUSH GIRLS AT THE QUEEN ST MALL STORE THAT SERVED ME ON FRIDAY ARE AMAZING AND HILARIOUS!!!! AND I AM SUPER DUPER JEALOUS OF YOUR JOBS. AS I WAS LEAVING THEM, THEY WERE MAKING A LUSH COCKTAIL (where you mix diff products together like a cocktail for your body! ;) AND THEY WERE MIZING SUPERNOVA AND FROSTY GLITTER BUBBLE BAR - AND IT ROCKED MY WORLD. LOL!!!

belive it or not that is all. and i running late for my photoshoot lol!
give me some love back.
retweet/reblog/follow/subscribe/comment and shizz ;)
as always, thanks for indulging in my journey to debthood and shopping addiction.
kazz; xo amped+dangerous.
